History of Measurement can be traced long back to great olden days when people started business. As old saying goes, “Measure Twice, Cut Once“ carries great economic meaning, avoids rejection, increases production and reduces cost. So manufacturing of precision measuring instruments is more of a creativity, passion and art. Feel of Micron is easier said than done.

ESYA was incorporated in 2005 in “Silicon Valley of India“, Bangalore by a team of qualified technocrats with cumulative experience of more than 50 years. ESYA is recognized nationwide for expertise in providing critical dimensional measurement solutions at affordable cost and meeting the measurement requirement of high precision manufacturers.

ESYA has grown from strength to strength to become a leading Metrology solution provider spanning various industries such as automotive, defense, aerospace and medicine. Today ESYA employs over 30 highly skilled/motivated group of 3D CAD designers, Software engineers and production staff. Sophisticated mechanical tool room, electronics assembly/testing room and Embedded/GUI Application software development centre are some of the in-house infrastructure available in our 4000 Sq.Ft. at Peenya, Bangalore, a Machine Tool hub of India.

We manufacture and supply our standard off the shelf gauging systems. We also work closely with customers to provide customized and cost effective solutions for their measuring requirements, which in turn increase their productivity and reduce the cost. Our multigauging fixture measures more than one parameter for a single component; converted electronic data is displayed in the multi-color displays. The fixture is also interfaced with PC to capture the data, generate various report and present the data in a user-friendly format on PC screen.

ESYA has in-house developed software application for Gauge Management and Measurement System Analysis for total quality management, Statistical Process Control analysis software. Our product list includes, Electronic digital readouts, Air Electronic Unit, Air Electronic Column to name few.

ESYA will provide the end to end solutions to the customers for their all measuring requirements, starting from requirement analysis, providing the concept, manufacture the mechanical fixture, interface with electronic units & PC and develop necessary software for further data analysis and representation.

ESYA has invested in state of the art NABL accredited calibration LAB authorized by Indian Ministry of Science & Technology traceable to International Standards. Fifty percent of the ESYA turnover constitutes special gauges, which are customized designs, complete with individually tailored mechanisms, highly technical and innovative in nature. ESYA has national presence with branch offices / dealer networks in Southern and Western India automotive/manufacturing clusters. ESYA has also made forays into international markets with indirect customers in Germany, UK, France, Oman etc.,
