Device compares the actual measurement values with the control limits specified for the component. Trend analyzer identifies the need for the tool wear-offset. EAOC computes the offset compensation value/s and communicates with the Fanuc/Siemens controller on the CNC machining center to perform the tool wear-offset correction on the current machining cycle completion.
