Profile Inspection Machine for Turbine Blade.

Provide a measurement solution to bring accurate and consistent measurement. This will help organizations in positive qualification of components as well as proactive planning to improve manufacturing ability.

eSya solution

eBLOOME is an Opto-mechanical Inspection system, indigenized for aero foil profile measurement, catering extensively to defense & aerospace segments. System will greatly increase the efficiency and speed of the measurement process for profile, thickness, angle and shift of lock axis section. Both final manufactured blades and billets with tolerance up to two millimeters may be checked in the same system.

Highlights

Measurement Method is relative with reference to standardetalons(Masters) .

Blade profile inspection at points with minimum pitch distance up to 5mm.

Images are magnified amounting to 50:1.
